Jack Martin, an American cabaret artist on the Côte d'Azur, plays theeffeminate industrialist Henri Duran so convincingly that even Duran's beautiful wife falls in love. When Duran's business interests force him to stay in London despite having a big party at home, Martin is persuaded to pose as Duran at the party. However, things threaten to spiral out of control when Martin is confronted by several women and Duran's ruthless business competitor, Mr. Periton.
