Professional photographer L.B. “Jeff” Jeffries has to stay home because he broke his leg. Despite the company of his girlfriend and his nurse, he tries to escape boredom by looking out the window of his apartment with his glasses on. After a while he begins to suspect that a murder may have taken place in one of the apartments across the street.
