In 1997, Manhattan Island became the largest maximum security prison in theworld, a place where humanity's worst languish. The United States government finds itself in dire crisis when the president's plane crashes in New York just days before a major peace summit between major warring nations. The president survives the disaster, but is taken hostage and held hostage by the citizens of Manhattan.Only war hero turned felon Snake Plissken can save the day, and he is offered a simple deal for his work: save the president and live, fail to save him and die. The one-eyed bandit sets to work, cutting a path of destruction to the president that has to be seen to be believed.
