Kermit the Frog is seen playing the banjo in the swamps of Florida by a talent agent who tells him he has promise. So Kermit goes to Hollywood in search of fame and fortune. Along the way he is joined by a strange menagerie of creatures, including Fozzie Bear and the romantic Miss Piggy. However, he is also followed by fast food mogul Doc Hopper, who is determined to make Kermit the spokesman for his frog leg burgers. As Hopper uses all sorts ofunderhanded methods to overpower Kermit's, including kidnapping Miss Piggy, Kermit must make a choice: stop Hopper orthwart the other Muppets' big dreams.
