Used car salesman Rudy Russo needs money to run for State Senate, so he turns to his boss Luke. Luke agrees to pay him the $10,000 he needs, but then an "accident" is staged by his brother Roy, who runs across the street a lot. Roy hopes to acquire his brother's property because he is paying the mayor to build a new highway through the area. After Luke's disappearance, a war between rival workshops ends and Rudyand his gang fight to stop Roy from taking over Luke's property. Then Luke's daughter appears.
