Stand With Me is the story of four children who are on the verge of early adulthood and begin dating. There is Gordie, he is smart, creative and has a bright future. His best friend, Chris, hones his image to hide the pain of the physical abuse he endured at home, while also hoping to escape the image. The quartet is completed by Vern, a chubby tagalong, and Teddy, a troubled child who is loyal and funny but has a death wish. When four children learn that's body is found twenty miles away in an Oregon town, they embark on a secret journey to investigate this strange phenomenon. In most cases, Gordie, Chris, Vern and Teddy get a taste of what might be their last chance to enjoy the simple life of children; There is a future around them that could tear them apart; Not to mention a group of powerful teenagers who want to become famous by being the first to find the body.
