When police inspector Vishwa Pratap Singh arrests Dr. Michael Dang, the leader of the international terrorist group PSO, the group breaks out the prison in which Dang is imprisoned, killing a large number of prisoners, including two of Vishwa's sons and his wife; Dang escapes in the process. Vishwa, who now goes by the name Dada Thakur, is determined to put an end to Dang and his PSO gang. It registers three death row convicts, Baiju Thakur, Johnny and ex-terrorist Khairuddin Kisti, Thakur.he personally trains to become a disciplined fugitive hunter and sets out to avenge the massacre of his family.
