Roger Rabbit is a cartoon character who (like many others) exists alongside real people. Eddy is a private detective who has seen better days and is in trouble since the death of his brother at the hands of a Toon. Rogers' boss hires Eddy to see if his sexy wife has other male interests, but things escalate when Rogers is accused of murder and none other than Eddy, hating him, turns to him for help.
