During the summer in Manhattan, Richard Sherman, a normal and mediocreman, sends his wife and son on vacation to the country. Sherman is the key man at Brady & Company, a publisher that publishes affordable paperbacks. The loyal Sherman leads a routine life with his family and dreams of success with women. When a beautiful and sexy blonde moves into the upper apartment of his small building, Sherman first opens the front door for her and then invites her for a drink afterdrops his pot of tomatoes on his chair.
