Butch Cassidy is the quick-witted leader of The Hole in the Wall gang and his sidekick, the Sundance Kid, is one of the best marksmen the West has ever known. This combination of cunning and menace allows the two to move freely, pulling off small heists when necessary or wreaking havoc at the local brothel. But when a group of six great cowboys from neighboring states band together to defeat the rebels and follow them across rivers, mountains and deserts with the help of an Indian tracker, Butch and Sundance decide to escape. They pick up the girl in Sundance and drive to Bolivia via New York.
