The film creates episodes for each of the main characters. There's Colonel Mortimer, an old bounty killer, and the Man With No Name, another bounty killer sometimes called "Manco." The two men kill the victim, demonstrating their ability to remain calm and collect the reward money. There is also Indio, a bank robber who is released on bail by his men and kills a cellmate on the way out of his cell. A $10,000 reward is then offered to Indio, and the two Listhitmen plan to capture him.
