George Washington McLintock, known as “GW” to both friends and foes, was a cattle baron and the richest man in the world. She is eagerly awaiting the return of her daughter Becky, who has been out of school for two years. He is also surprised that his wife Katherine has also returned. She had left him several years ago without really explaining what she had done, instead insisting that he come back and take his daughter with him to the Capitol. GW is held in high esteem by everyone around him, including the farmers flockingto the areas thanks to free land grants and the Indians at risk of being relocated to another reservation.Between his wife, his wayward daughter, a corrupt real estate agent, and a thieving Indian government agent, GW tries to keep the peace and do what's best for everyone.
