Shiba, a wandering ronin, encounters a group of farmers who have kidnapped the daughter of their dictatorial judge in hopes of forcing him to cut taxes. Shiba joins the fight with two Justice Guard renegades, Sakura and Kikyo. Three bandits fight to the death.
