Tang Lung comes to Rome to help his cousins run a restaurant. They are forced to sell their properties to a syndicate that will stop at nothing to get what they want. When Tang arrives, he poses a new threat to the Syndicate and they are unable to defeat him. The union leader hires the best Japanese and European martial artists to fight Tang, but easily dispatches them. The American martial artist Colt is hired and will fight Tang in the famous Roman Colosseum.
