The famous Belgian detective Hercule Poirot boards the Orient Express and one of the passengers asks for his protection. The next day, the passenger is found dead in his compartment and Poirot is determined to make up for his failure by solving the case. The train gets stuck in the snow and takes about an hour to identify the killer before losing the suspects. During the investigation, Poirot discovers that many passengers have a connection to the long-unsolved Case, in which a child was kidnapped and killed, leading to his parents' suicide. This could be the crucial clue to solving the case, but can he do it in time?
