In the second Star Trek film, Admiral Kirk is now an instructor at Starfleet Academy and Captain Spock is a cadet training officer and commands the U.S.S. Agency. Meanwhile, scientists aboard the Regula I space station are conducting the Project Genesis experiment, and U.The SS Reliant is assigned to Project Genesis. While studying a dead planet in the Ceti-Alpha star system, Cmdr. Chekhov and the Captain.Clark Terrell teleports to the sixth planet and makes a shocking discovery of shipping containers. The Reliant crew did not know that the containers contained refugees from the eugenics wars of the 1990s under the command of Khan Noonian Singh. Khan later revealed that Ceti Alpha VI had exploded and changed the fifth planet's orbit, creating a Mars-like paradise. Khan manages to hijack the Reliant and steal the Genesis device. Admiral Kirk takes command of the USA.The SS Enterprise is on a training mission and is caught in a surprise attack in which Khan vows revenge for his exile. Unfortunately, Captain Spock sacrifices himself to save the Enterprise from the intended Genesis torpedo weapon, and after his death, his coffin (which was a converted torpedo tube) was fired by the United States.Holy company...
