In Los Angeles, street gangs band together and declare war on the police. Meanwhile, the father stops his car on the outskirts of town and the daughter goes to the ice cream truck to buy vanilla ice cream. She is killed in cold blood by a member of one of the gangs. The father follows the boy, killing him with several shots and running towards Police Station 13. Officer Bishop has just taken control of the police station, which is closed and waiting to close the next morning.There are two women with him: the operator and Leigh. Shortly before the shocked father arrived, a bus carrying three prisoners stopped there and the police accompanying him demanded that the prisoners' cells beclosed while they waited for a doctor for one of them who was sick. Suddenly the neighborhood is besieged and brutally attacked by street gangs.
