After the Civil War, former Union Colonel John Henry Thomas and formerConfederate Colonel James Langdon lead two different groups of men through conflict-torn Mexico. John Henry and company deliver horses to the unpopular Mexican government for $35 apiece, while Langdon leads a group of displaced Southerners seeking a new life in Mexico after losing their fortune to carpet traders. Ultimately, the two men are forced to put aside their differences to fend off both thebandits and the revolutionaries trying to save their friends and relatives.
